Brief Description of the role:
The international community "Go Global World" invites to the team on a remote basis a specialist for the position of HR manager, ready to take on various tasks and help the company to hire the best specialists.
What you will do:
Search and adaptation of new leaders of the Go Global World community from different countries;
Search and adaptation of new community employees for the operational activities of the community;
Introduction and development of the Go Global World social network for posting vacancies and finding employees by community members;
Participation and assistance in conducting community events;
Desire to work and develop in the direction of HR.
Who and what we are looking for:
4-5 year student of the university or graduate, speciality: "Personnel Management", "Management", "Psychology", or some experience in an HR/People Capacity;
Competent oral and written speech, English, and any other language(Russian desirable);
You want to get into a community where people strive to develop and achieve more;
You enjoy social activities and want to help other people;
Activity, developed communication skills, a responsible attitude to tasks, attention to detail, the ability to organize your working time;
Willingness to learn new things;
Proficiency in English - at the level of working with English-language resources, communication, and correspondence;
Possession of MS Office at the level of a confident user, active use of social networks.
